I'm back in the classroom full time, but that doesn't mean I should have to compromise my style just because I'm at work, right?? I like to look nice, but living on a teacher's salary while paying a dance bill is nooooo joke. I buy a lot of affordable pieces so I can always look my best, but on a budget. Let me share my favs with you from the past two weeks (and go here for even more!)
I'm all about fun pieces that can be worn a few ways. A jumpsuit that is EASY TO GET OUT OF (no zippers in the back!!) is a must for the classroom. You can pair it with heels, cardigans, denim jackets, sneakers, WHATEVER! Trying to style it different ways is a fun game throughout the year! I'm in an XS in this jumpsuit.
I have been ALL ABOUT a wide leg pant recently. I got a couple from Petal and Pup, including this pair! It has an elastic waistband, so they are super comfy. I'm in a XS for reference. You can use code LIVINGFORTHESUMMER for a discount at Petal and Pup too, which makes it all more affordable!
This look has a fun pop of color, but it is also super comfortable for the classroom. These pants come in a few different colors and they are lightweight! I'm wearing an XS. My trusty lanyard is from By the Graces- use code MELANIEKANDERSON for 15% off your purchase!
This look is something I'd wear without a jacket, but if you need to throw on a denim jacket or a cardigan, that would be perfect!
Do you want to see more work looks? Casual looks? Both? Let me know and I'll serve that up for you!
