Keep the Christmas Cards!

One of my favorite parts of the Christmas season is receiving Christmas cards from all of our friends and family around the world. I love seeing everyone's year and their happy faces on their beautiful cards. Christmas is over now, but I'm sure many of you still have some Christmas cards hanging around. You may be questioning what it is you should do with them.

Throw them away?

Put them in a junk drawer?

Leave them out to enjoy them?

Here's a better option! Grab a hole-punch and a binder clip and put all of the ones from the year together. Punch one hole in the upper left hand corner and then feed them through your binder clip and ta-da-- you have a Christmas-card-booklet! This way, each year during the holiday season, you can pull them out, look through each previous year's photo cards, and enjoy them all over again. I have mine all the way back to 2010! I take them out right after Thanksgiving and leave them on my coffee table. When guests come over, I always find them browsing through my stack of binder-clipped Christmas cards.

What do YOU do with your cards?? Let me know if this idea helps you! And as always, follow me on instagram at @imlivingforthesummer!
