Sephora Run! New Product Reviews!

It has been WAY too long since I've been able to browse the aisles of Sephora and pick up some new products. Fortunately, when I went in the store the other day, I ran into an old friend of mine who is currently working at Sephora. I asked her for some new product recommendations, and she personally walked me around the store to point out some favs of hers. I, of course, had to try them all.

Here are the new products I got and what I thought about them!
Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum

This product is the one product that I was most skeptical about because I have used a long string of skincare products that I just don't love. I am SO happy that I gave this one a chance because after just ONE day I saw results.
This product boasts that it is 62 times more effective than Vitamin C, and it rightfully should. It brightens up my skin and reduces fine lines and wrinkles. My foundation has been going on so much smoother since I began using this product just a few days ago. It gives my skin a radiance that it didn't have with my moisturizer alone. It looks as though I'm glowing in the most positive way possible. I've been using it twice a day and it is really giving me great results. Also, there is no strange smell, so you don't have to worry about a fragrance on your face (isn't that the worst??) This Caudalie product also has the Clean at Sephora stamp on it, so that means that it is free of lots of toxins, fragrances, and other yuckie ingredients.
Nars Powermatte Lip Pigment in American Woman

I have been a Lipsense junkie for years, but I'm always up to try a new fun lip color that stays on! My biggest issue with lip color is that ugly white spit line that shows up sometimes-- if a lip color does that to me, I never use it again.
This Nars pigment really surprised me. It is not too ridiculously drying even though it is a matte. It starts as a liquid (not a cream-type color) and then dries into a beautiful matte color. I bought American Woman, which, I was told, was the most popular color sold. I LOVE it! It gives my lips the pop of color that I want without it being too much. I've been using it for everyday use as well as a night out!

Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper Black

This eyeliner for SURE is not new for me, but my old Kat Von D liner was starting to dry out (after almost 7 months of daily use), so it was time to grab a new one. This liner is a GAME CHANGER-- I don't see myself ever going back to my old kohl liner ever again. The Tattoo liner is SO easy to apply and it stays put all day. Some liners I have used (Eye-ko especially runs under my eye) tend to bleed off under my eyes and it looks like I have black bags-- NOT Kat Von D. This stuff doesn't move.
I have bought about three of these and each of them last about 6 months or longer before they start drying out. Drugstore liners I have bought all dry out within the first 10-15 uses, but this liner is good for the long haul! I use it daily! It goes on so easily and makes a wing so easy to create!
Milk KUSH Mascara

I went into Sephora looking for a lengthening mascara that didn't clump when I put multiple coats on. I have tried lash boosting serums before and they really bother my eyes, so I rely on a good mascara to give me the same effect. My friend's (who works at Sephora) suggestion to me was this KUSH mascara by Milk. It is buildable, but it feels like my natural lashes. I cannot STAND when my lashes feel like a hard, clumpy mess, and this mascara has done good job so far. I've used it for a week now and I am absolutely loving it.
Her other two recommendations were mascaras by Marc Jacobs and Hourglass. Those will be my next two to try!
What do I need to pick up on my next visit (either to Sephora OR Ulta)?? What are your absolute makeup must-haves.
